Setting up E-mail through Microsoft Outlook
1. In Microsoft Outlook, Select the Tools Menu and then Click the Email Accounts option.

2. Click the option saying Add a new e-mail account and press Next.

3. Select the option that says POP3 and press the Next button.

4. Fill in the following information. Replace the name John Doe with your actual name. Replace john@mydomain.com with your actual e-mail address and replace mydomain.com with your actual domain name. After entering all the information press the More Settings button.

5. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
6. Check the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then press OK.
7. From there, you should be able to press the Test Account Settings button. A dialog should appear indicating that all tests passed. Once that is completed, press the Next button.

8. Press the Finish button to complete the process.
